As the state begins to reopen, we understand some are still unable to, or are hesitant to leave their homes. We understand there is still a bit of uncertainty in the world right now and we will to continue to support our customers and our community.
We also understand that your vehicle is a vital part of your life. Our goal is to keep your vehicle in tip-top shape so you can have peace of mind knowing you can transport yourself and your family around safely and as needed.
To better serve our customers and our community we have implemented the following:
Arvada Autobody will continue offering free pickup and delivery of your vehicle for the repairs it needs to ANY of our customers that have been affected the circumstances caused by the pandemic. We will continue this service for the foreseeable future until our community feels safe once again.
At Arvada Autobody, we are taking a pro-active attitude towards the spread of the Coronavirus. Here is what we are doing to prevent the spread while you are waiting for or having your vehicle serviced. As always, we will continue to provide the clean and safe environment we always have in our shop. In addition to our normal cleaning regimen, we have implemented the following:
All employees will be handling paperwork and working on vehicles with gloves, the gloves will be changed each time they handle a customer's paperwork, keys, and enter or exit a customer’s vehicle.Every vehicle will have its surfaces wiped down with a sanitizer and a microfiber (one-use) towel to eliminate possible cross contamination between customers, staff and vehicles. We have removed our coffee machine until we are comfortable that you, our customers are safe! Bottled water is still available upon request. Please ask one of our gloved staff members. Bottled water will remain available as long as we can keep it stocked. Our lobby, bathroom, and shop bays are being sanitized hourly and as needed should any surface or door be used by customers or staff members. Deep cleanings are being done outside of business hours a minimum of once a week. Employees have been instructed to stay home if they have any flu-like symptoms and urged to immediately seek medical attention. We will continue to be precautionary to help keep our community and our employees safe!
